Goals

Developmental Neurosciences & Child Health > Child Neurosciences Research Group > Goals

  1. To establish three collaborative research units within CNRG for translational research and knowledge transfer

  2. To attract, recruit and retain neuroscientists engaged in collaborative research across disciplinary boundaries

  3. To develop additional developmental neurosciences training opportunities at the undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral and fellowship level

  4. To develop national and international leadership in translational neuroscience research, sharing information through educational programs and peer reviewed publications

  5. To influence the development of evidence-based public policy related to the prevention and treatment of genetic and acquired childhood brain, spinal cord, neuromuscular and perceptual disorders
