Dr. Jennifer Lynett is responsible for managing the technology portfolio at the CFRI and Children’s & Women’s Health Centre of British Columbia. Dr. Lynett’s research has focused on infectious diseases and immunology, and she completed her MSc at The University of Toronto before gaining her PhD from The University of British Columbia’s Department of Microbiology and Immunology. In providing technology transfer support for the Children’s & Women’s, Dr. Lynett evaluates and markets new inventions, negotiates with potential licensees and assists faculty in obtaining funding through the CIHR Proof of Principle program to commercialize their discovery. |
